Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
